For the Quota, add a shortcut to your drive from the preview page, in YOUR google drive create a folder and move the shortcut into it. Right click on the new folder and select download. - https://www.reddit.com/r/google/comments/nfsgal/google_drive_download_quota_limit_exceeded_bypass/
