Oh, my God, I feel so bad for her to eat just one meal with salad and coffee. It's dangerous to eat and work like that.

Even worse is it looks like its 99% lettuce, which is mostly water and has barely any nutritional value and is genuinely terrible as a salad base. And the other veggies are very sparse too so they cant make up for it. If it was at least a spinach or other more nutritious green as the base and then a bunch of peppers/olives/etc (onions are fine too), maybe a tofu or lean meat as well, then it'd be an actual meal.
