Hi everyone!

Last week was a special week for us as we celebrated our third anniversary, but still managed to do quite a lot of work. What do you think of our anniversary art with Tonya? 😋

Last time we told you we were working on the chibi versions of the characters and we've been working on them all week. Since not only the main characters will have chibi appearance, but also just passers-by on the street and other random characters, we wanted to achieve maximum variety in their appearance and created a chibi generator. So now the streets of our game will be filled with life in the form of dozens of different chibi people 😄 We also tested different animations for them, which looks very funny and cute.

You may have already seen the character concepts, and therefore wonder why the chibi versions are needed and how they will be used. There will be two versions of the character look in the game: regular and chibi. Сhibi will be used in 3D parts of the game, but all the interesting and hot moments of the story the characters will be in full 2D form, as well as in the most of the dialogues scenes 😁

Besides that, we've been working on the soundscape of the game. Our sound designer has lots of cool ideas for melodies and sound effects. Together we thought about sounds to accompany you in Vi's flat as well as sounds from the street and sounds for the UI. There's still a lot of work to be done, but it's a really exciting part of the development that makes the atmosphere of the game come alive and brighten it up! 💖

Apart from that, we drew sprites with emotions for one of the important characters, continued to  work on characters' apartments and assembling first scenes of the prologue and also working on the script.

And we're also working on a little secret project on Tame It! We will probably show some WiP sketches already this week 😉

All in all, as usual the work is boiling on and we're going full steam ahead!
