My surgery wasn't for serious reasons. I'm not in danger, and thank you so much for reassuring me. I didn't expect to feel so bad that I couldn't work for a few days, and I felt frustrated about it. You were more understanding with me than I was.

I still have to wait a little longer for the discomfort to subside, but I just couldn't do this month's thank-yous.
