Hello my darlings! I hope you're all doing well!

I wanted to ask your opinion on something! I want to write an anxiety aid script! I suffer from anxiety/panic attacks myself and lately they've been on an all time high for me.

Because of this, I thought this might be something that other people deal with as well; and that an anxiety aid might be helpful to some if not all of my followers!

But before I start writing I wanted to reach out and ask what tools or techniques help calm you down when you're feeling anxious? I want to make the script helpful to as many of you as I can so any suggestions would be helpful!

This week's new audio will be released on Wednesday! It's entitled "Truly Satisfied" and is more on the sensual side. I can't wait to share it with you all!

Thank you so much for the love and support, I am blown away by all of you!

I do count down exercises a lot! Like counting to 10 or doing paced breathing exercises. In for 5 out for 5, etc.

grounding and comforting touch have always worked. sometimes it's just a really firm hug...think a human weighted blanket

Cendi

Concentrated breathing exercises always help me :)

YOU ARE ALL THE BEST! Thank you for being here! <3

I don’t really have a routine, I just do what I feel like I need in the moment but comforting words and gratification always help.

I use a sensory grounding technique where you have to say 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you feel, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you taste. 10/10 recommend

What an amazing and lovely idea! I tend to like having comforting touches, especially light tracing and rearranging/playing with my hair to calm me down a lot. Also just help to breath and comforting words. ❤️

When I am having a panic attack, it helps when someone (usually my husband) puts my hand on their chest and puts their hand on mine and tells me over and over to focus on their breathing and try to match mine to theirs. It helps so much!

Aw I LOVE this. that he helps you like that! It's so touching! I just sent the script to my voice actor today. hoping to have it posted for the first week in August.
