New favorite audio check, this was much needed today, this definitely helped me to calm down and process my emotions when I was crying earlier, as always thank you for all that you do ❤️❤️❤️

Teaching face to face in school with 4/5 year olds during a pandemic (as well as planning home learning for children at home and recording videos) and another nationwide lockdown in England is really taking its toll this week. This audio made me absolutely sob but it also helped me to calm down, release the bad feelings and process ALL of the feelings. Thank you so much <3
