Payment Issues (Patreon)

Update: It's confirm that the declines are due to payments being housed out of country now. Patreon's payments used to be housed in San Fran so it wasn’t a problem but they just went international for some reason. I'm not sure what the solution is other than for anyone who's payment is being declined to contact their banks to approve the payment/transaction from going through. This is happening across Patreon so check any and all subscriptions you have.

I'm getting a ton of messages from people saying that their payments are being declined from their banks. I'm not sure what's going on or why but I unfortunately can't do anything about it. I don't have control over your banks or Patreon taking payments. If your payment is coming up as declined I would first make sure that your payment information is correct here on Patreon. If it is you're most likely going to have to contact your bank and Patreon support.

I'm sorry I'm unable to provide assistant in this matter. Because again it seems to be a disconnect between Patreon and the banks.

Also be aware that there are always glitches with Patreon come the first of the month. So we might all need to be patient. But feel free to contact your banks and Patreon support for more help and information.
