I read your last book as well and you seem really into legal plots that would absolutely not hold up lol. Still really like your books.

Seems the story picks up pace now. I was waiting for that. The repairs on the planetary conditioner vessel and station updates felt almost non existent eccept the sheelds for the station. The AI storage and else also barly gone forward. At least it felt like that. Everything felt more like running in place.

But the technological science fiction stuff is top notch. The interaction between characters and the characters itself are also nice in both stories. Political stuff is not realy....realistic, but cant be totaly ignored because without it the story wont work as it is. And as long as it is alien politics that feel unrealistic to you, you should not forget it is ALIEN politics and not human politics. That means in alien politics nothing can be seen as unrealistic.
