Love how the fight from dekus pov is a lot more slower and easier to process the attacks coming but when its the pov of everyone watching its so fast showing the real time fight and how fast they are both fighting

Fyi remember danger sense is shown only to happen when the lightning bolt appears on screen the other quirk is search the quirk Afo stole from ragdoll in season 3 its shown through his rainbow eyes and allows him to see anyone he has seen before that's why En was worried about using smokesceen because Shigaraki can still see Deku using search

I really love deku saying that the fingers are like fingernails or a layer of grim because it's exactly what Shigaraki said back in season 7 when he first started transforming in the coffin really shows how similar they are

Ive been enjoying watching this final season of Mha and its nice to finally have people saying its good, for the longest time from like s3 to s5 people were calling the show mid and now its getting some of the highest ratings, granted people are using this show now jus to clown on One Punch Man s3 xD but its nice that people are actually satisfied with the content we're receiving altho ive been a big fan of mha and never stopped liking it, even s4 and s5 the "worst seasons" i still enjoyed a ton. Ive been keeping up with the sub tho and let me tell u, ur in for a treat one of the later episodes might lowkey be one of the best anime episodes ever, enough said. Now that we are close to the end tho wat are ur favorite mha seasons? For me its S1>S8>S7>S6>S4>S2>S5>S3 this list is subject to change at any moment but this is wat i would say for rn.

I think what you mentioned at around 22:40 is a core difference between all might and Deku, Yes All Might was an Amazing hero, the number one hero but he can still be criticized, he held it all on his shoulders alone bearing the burden and Deku himself tried to shoulder it all but his friends help him realize that its not good to do it that way and you're right AFO capitalized on All Mights way and it's how we got here. All Might even Killed AFO in the past, but Deku is doing everything he can to save Shigaraki and you said fighting to save him is not a battle a lot of people would fight, and you're correct that's what makes the difference between the number one hero and The Worlds Greatest hero who saves everyone with a smile

I'm glad to hear that it's being well received. Honestly it's tough to rank the seasons cause I've only seen the show once and I think the first 4 seasons I watched all at once, so a lot of it runs together. I'm very slowly doing a partial rewatch through my videos. When I finish that and the show I'll do a Q&A and I'll hopefully have more insight on the show as a whole :D

I also think it's interesting that they have Hawks talking about "being more like her" this episode. She and Deku share that philosophy, yet Hawks is the big example we have of heroes killing in the events of the show.

Since it’s become my thing now, I’m glad to see the score has been making an impact. I already spoke at length about music in anime, but I’ll have more to say next episode. In addition to the well used existing motifs, there’s also been so much incredible new music this season. No surprise of course, Yuki Hayashi has always delivered, and I can’t wait to hear more of his music as I get deeper into Haikyuu (still in season 1 at the moment). I need to go catch up on your Orb videos now, which I’ve fallen behind on recently. So I’m actually kinda glad the last episode has taken a while. Plus, I need time to finalize some of my thoughts on it anyway.

It sucks that Crunchyroll's closed captions are so awful lmfao. It's SO obvious that they just used some speech-to-text software on the episode and didn't bother to do even a single second of quality assurance on it.

I find it so interesting how this Final Battle is turning out... It's not just the big epic fighting/action you'd expect, there's a second, very psychological layer as well that's somewhat unexpected. Like, it's super interesting and fitting, but not what I'm used to with Battle Shonen Final Battles? The whole mind meld thing has turned out so cool! And it's a lot less solitary, too, I guess? It's not really Shigaraki vs Deku, not only anyway. It's much more AfO/Shigaraki vs the nine OfA holders/Bakugou. I can't really think of an other example of the same kind, like normally, I think it would be moreso one-on-one match-ups? And, well, the holders were always compared to the Past Avatars a lot, but it's turned out quite differently, they are much more active participants...

I love that Kaminari moment so much. That feeling of concern and the pit it puts in your stomach is a terrifying feeling, but heroic people like Kaminari can use that concern as an impetus to be a force for good.
