With the surfaces tool addition, I think it also allows you to edit/extend the surfaces of plots, which helps a bit to fill in spaces between things.

I really hope #23 has some IILFs (Interchanges I'd Like to Fabricate).

The overlaping on the suspension bridge at 32:55 are the parralel pillars that are really close to each others, you could increase the distance between the two bridges 🙂

On a side note Matt, it would be great if you could do the last level of hydrology engineer, I love to hear you talking about how real engineering is done! If You worry about algorithm, a patreon exclusive is also fine

Matt, have you ever heard of Stott Hall farm in West Yorkshire? It's the only farm in the UK that sits in the middle of a motorway (the M62). I go past it all the time and it's always fascinated me. The legend is that the farmer refused to sell when the M62 was being built, making it a "nail house", but I think it's actually because the geography (topography?) of the land around it would have been too expensive to cut and fill, so they just split the motorway and gave the farmer an access road. It's at 53.64163224175379, -1.952236632032327 - have you ever worked on anything like this?

After the few months, finally caught up with the series! Great stuff. I had a question to ask about the roads and rails in Melbourne Australia though. Currently they are going through massive upgrades, specifically the north east link, the metro tunnel and the suburban rail loop. I have heard that these upgrades are meant to help but a lot of people are mentioning they won't do much. I do mechatronics so I have no idea and it would be great coming from the real civil engineer. 🙃

Amazing series, would love to see more

I just wonder in what country gravel roads carry the services ? It is very interesting in this game. Gravel roads usually we have in small villages to access fields, which does not require electricity or water. 🙃

The update includes a new quay feature!
