And why trying to instal brute force integretion on them? Those kind of thing only work on small xenos species, or small governements, large groups of xenos that are part of an empire, or have too much pride to accept that will just declare war on you, when they could be friends.... Be friendly to them, because being agressive in term of diplomacy is not a good idea, build a republic alliance consortium or whatever, and for controlling them, just set up an intelligence network of spy, have some of their fellow species spying for you... And over century or millenias they will be part of the imperium... So now here is teh real question : WHY the FOCK YOU DID NOT DO THAT EARLIER? +Xenos species that are civilized enough have their people devlopp a sens of individuality, so like humans they do not all nesséssarly follow a single Idea....
