I'm not going to tell you if they are happy tears, sad tears, tears of relief, tears of disappointment or overloaded and overwhelmed tears or none of the above. who knows. but they will be crocodile sized that's for sure and that's all I'll say. lol

It's six episodes with this one. The last two are just way longer. But they are not specials or anything they are just long episodes that directly continue the story like normal and actually end it.

Yelena got on my nerves a lot my first time watching but I'm starting to appreciate her character now. I really liked how she pointed out that none of their hands are clean. That line about wanting to wash down their hatred by saving people was really good.

You have the two specials after the episodes they are the ending to the main story. It’s really like 9/10 episodes in totality you have left.

Yeah that was 100% Mikasa. From way back in season 1, when he first saw Mikasa, Jean never stopped having a major crush on Mikasa. And the fact that he dreams about wife'ing her up, having babies with her and living a good life with her speaks to how much he likes Mikasa. Lastly, you got to make sure you have your tissues ready because there are going to be many moments where you'll need tissues. Especially if you are truly invested in the show, its story and its characters. Hajime Isayama knows how to emotionally gut punch viewers over and over again with strong emotional moments.

A phenomenal and extremely necessary episode- I was really excited to see your reaction to the beginning with Erwin, I'm so sorry it made you cry :'( If Erwin is no. 1 and Jean in your top 3, I wonder who your other favourite character is. Floch at the end with the crescendo violin music gives me chills, every single character is so layered and fantastic!

Yeah this is a good one. Many seasons leading up to this especially the Marco storyline. And yeah that's jean thinking of having a family with Mikasa. With all that's happened it's easy to forget that Jean has always liked her since first sight. It was just more subtle in later seasons

This episode is in my top 5 for the entire show. There’s not really any action going on but it’s so intense anyway, and like you said a lot of that needed to come out. Since Jean is my third favorite character, you can imagine how much I loved kind of checking in with him to see where he’s at mentally. I also love the interactions between him and Reiner in this one. And then we get Levi just telling them all to be quiet. 😂 We’re closing in on the final episodes now, it was nice to have a breather here. See you for the next!

floch does have some empathy and compassion, but he's vilified the rest of the world so much in his head that he doesn't have any compassion for anyone other than eldians. he definitely cares deeply about eldia and eldians. it shows in his interactions with the main characters and other jaegerists
