This was one of the MOST GUT WRENCHING... HEARTBREAKING EPISODES IN ALL OF ATTACK ON TITAN... This episode was so painful to watch and the ENDING???? whew.... they're really hitting us with everything they have 😭

It brings such a different insight on the previous 3 seasons, this season was made to make sense of the entire story and wrap up all of the loose ends and questions we had.... while still producing more story and more questions somehow LOL its done so incredibly well

Don’t apologize for the tangent! One of the best things about this show is the way it gets us thinking about different perspectives and just humanity in general. I love that you are able to see the different POV’s, like Gabi’s and Kaya’s and Niccolo’s. You’re good at putting yourself in their shoes. This episode really packs an emotional punch, doesn’t it? I cry every time I watch it, usually for Niccolo and Kaya. And you’re so right about Sasha’s father, he is one of absolute best characters on this show. I remember back in season 2 when we met him I wanted to say so much and had to keep my mouth shut but now you see why we love him to pieces. We should all be as mature and compassionate as him and his wife. This episode is in my top five because it just makes us feel so so much. Oh and Floch!!! MAN that guy. I’m so glad he annoys you, too. 😂 On to the next episode! One more in my top 5, I’m bracing myself now because as you know it is ROUGH.

First of all thank you for expressing your opinions! I understand your hatred of Zeke for what he did to the people of Connie's village. I can't remember when I started being ok with Zeke but in the end I don't hate the man. Crazy to hear you turn on Eren! I didn't think that was the opinion you'd have (at least not until the next episode haha). Sasha's dad is something else though, I wish they'd given him just a bit more screen time.

I don't think words like "betrayed" and "murdered" are the proper words to use here. For one, Gabi killing Sasha was an act of war, just like when Sasha killed those guards. I don't think killing in a war counts as "murder" unless the victim is a civilian. Secondly, Gabi killed Sasha before she ever met her family. And even after she met them, she didn't know Sasha was their daughter until that scene at the restaurant. I wouldn't count that as a betrayal, but I could understand if they felt deceived.
