October was a crazy productive month.  I made lots of UI improvements and some under the covers changes to the female characters.

This is an Early Alpha so expect to find many things to be missing and even some bugs.  I have not included any optimisation so some older PCs might struggle to run it.

Improvements 

  • Journal Screen: Zoom camera position to head when adjusting hair and eye colour.
  • Journal Screen: Character portrait can be rotated with left click and drag.
  • Characters: Rebuilt hairstyles.
  • Characters: Rebuilt cat and fox ears.
  • Inventory Screen: Show text when combining items is successful.
  • Inventory Screen: Show text when combining items is unsuccessful.
  • User Interface: Added TextMesh Pro for text with gradient effects.

Bug Fixes

  • User Interface: Enabled list view items to scroll list views with mouse scroll.

Known Issues 

  • Camera clips through characters and terrain.
  • Girls hover above ground.
  • Tails clips through player and monster girl characters.
  • Player's run animation looks weird.
  • Player's legs look too long.
  • Water flickers in Fast quality mode
  • Kuroka's Facial Expressions
  • Boobs clip through clothing when moving sometimes.
  • Yuki's does not start the race or move at all.
  • Sensei's clothing is transparent in the Journal screen.

On the Journal screen I am unable to scroll through the characters. I can click and drag the list up a bit but it will go back to the top of the list when I let go.

Another thing I think may be an issue is that I believe I have done everything in this update but my completion % is only at 75%. Am I misunderstanding what the completion % is or is this a bug?

Very interesting build. Looks like the project is coming along nicely. The dialogue you have so far def. helps to give the characters personality and the player a desire to communicate with them further. The opening environment is nicely flushed out as well. I do have a few suggestions for first time watcher consideration. There seems to be some elements of questing added in, but it's not clear on what needs to be done. I'd suggest some sort of guidance for new players, like find x items, capture a monster girl, report back to teacher or something of the sort. Since it's in alpha, maybe some kind of notification for the player that they've reached the end of the questing available at that point as well. It's still fun to explore without the questing, but after talking to all the girls it feels like I should be trying to met some goal.

Thanks for the feedback. I try to balance story content with the game features and mechanics so that people can still enjoy the game in it's unfinished state. The basic premise of the game is to find and seduce girls. The Journal currently shows the percentage complete as a guide to how many more girls there are to seduce and I intend to add some hints to the Journal so you know what to do to progress the story with each girl.
