Update on DOOM (Patreon)

So this here is the current state of my DOOM armour! The helmet was 3D printed by a good friend of mine and then painted using a mix or spray paints and war hammer paint (the quality is amazing). Everything else you see here is EVA foam. Being stupid, a lot of the foam was heated in the oven which is NOT RECOMMENDED WITH OUT PROPER VENTILATION AND MASKS. The silver abdominal section just below the chest piece is removable incase I want that authentic DOOM an window but I like having it there incase I don't feel like sucking in my gut the whole time. Sort of a convention vs photo shoot thing. The shoulders were actually re structure from and old metal gear solid attempt so they are a little more fancy than the original DOOM character, but that's fine because I like them! This process started off fast but is sort of slowing down as other patreon rewards start to take up some time. That fine by me as well because I really don't want to rush this!
