My first guest on the podcast is Emily Zugay.

In all of Emily’s videos on TikTok, she mentions that she has a degree in graphic design. She goes on to talk about how some brands could use a new logo, and then she unveils her creations of those hilariously bad logos. Although you would never know it unless you saw them. The way she describes them is like talking about fine art. Since she began redesigning brand logos, she’s had every corporate brand you can imagine begging her to recreate their own brand. Many of them have changed their profile picture to her prolific designs, including the actual TikTok, McDonald’s, the Detroit Lions, Adobe, Windows and many more.

I had the pleasure of talking to Emily and finding out how she got started in all of this, what inspires her creatively, and how she now makes a living making horrific redesigns of corporate brand logos.
