The employees who work in the warehouses that make Gatorade and Tropicana started organizing to form a union. They cited low pay, poor benefits, and unsafe working conditions.

During the pandemic they were told that if they get a fever to just drink Gatorade. Their company, Refresco, hired a a notorious anti union law firm to come in and talk them out of organizing.

So I made up some quotes of the head of that law firm and then called him to confirm that he said those things.
