You thought that Alek's PTSD was from witnessing Ero Heart's sacrifice, but it's actually from getting topped by Nik 5 years ago.

Fun fact: this scenario is actually inspired by a fanfic I received a long time ago from the lovely Waghran. I will soon share the story as a bonus post for patrons in the Private Booth tier and up.
