Keys:

Ctrl + ALT + ↑ = Jacket/Cape (3 Options)
Ctrl + ← or → = Top (3 Options)
Ctrl + ↑ or ↓ = Leggings/Shorts/Thigh Highs (18 Options)
Ctrl + ALT + ↓ = Thong w/ Leggings/Shorts

Ctrl + Alt + ← = Gloves
Ctrl + Alt + → = Hair/Cap (3 Options) (1 Default)
