I'm making a public post so everyone sees it. I have already received 3 emails/messages that asked me why they cannot see my content although they have paid their pledge! Like all they see is locked posts, why?
I am sorry that this is happening to some of you. I swear I'm so frustrated with this platform, not only when they decline my patrons payments and take huge fees but also now many of my patrons here for over 2 years and in this year they encounter an issue like that? They paid but can't see my content? Seriously what's happening with the platform?
One patron didn't know how to use patreon so I messaged the patreon help center on their behalf as a creator:

Honestly, I don't have much time to resolve all these issues because as some of you might know my 2nd Instagram account @/humanlouvre where I posted all my art besides MOO AU was deleted by Instagram. I'm just done.

step1: choose "I'm a member and I need support" and you will get here:

step2: choose "I need help accessing my benefits"
Next: "I don't know how to access my benefits"
Subject: explain your problem like "I cannot access the content I have paid for" or "I went through pledge but I see locked content"
I recommend to explain the problem thoroughly so the help center team understands your request. You can copy paste this message for patreon support team:

I am a patron and I have pledged to support this creator's page https://www.patreon.com/humanlouvre however still/suddenly I cannot see the content on their page, all posts are locked. Please help to resolve this issue so I can see the content I pledged for.

Don't forget to provide your email to which your patreon membership account is connected to and attach screnshots to show patreon team that you see locked posts instead of unlocked. I think it's a technical bug/glitch and they should resolve it.
Besides, I'm sorry that I'm not active in inbox (I rarely visit inboxes anywhere) and cannot respond to anything quickly (I deal with problems on my own too, I do warn that I'm not active being busy with creating art and taking care of my weak health). Now above the lost Insta account I get news that some of my patrons cannot see my posts. What a year... I hope the issues will be fixed.
