i forget how immersed you feel in the characters’ lives right away. and don’t worry, you’ll definitely learn about all the characters. they all get their own stories and time in the spotlight. i think legally a therapist can’t be involved with a patient until 2 years after so this was unethical and wrong on every level. because you mentioned it and i know myself and plenty of others have had the same question while watching the show, but only about 10% of calls firefighters respond to are fire related. most are just regular emergencies. as for lone star, it premiered when s3 of 9-1-1 did so the crossover happens during s4 of 9-1-1 and s2 of lone star. i’m not the biggest fan of the show because it doesn’t even try to distribute it’s screen time amongst the cast well but i do enjoy most of the characters and it’s a fun crossover episode.

i haven't rewatched the first season in a hot minute so i always forget everythinjg that happens in the first 2 eps, it's a LOT. god, i cannot wait for you to get to season 2, bc i have a strong feeling you're gonna love this show even more. s2 has always been the point where i think i became fully invested in 9-1-1 - it features some of my favourite episodes of the entire show. (sorry, harry, i'm gonna be incredibly annoying throughout these reactions bc i keep having to stop myself from accidentally spoiling things. i cannot for the life of me be normal abt this show - i loveee talking abt it so much - just ask my mum, lol)
