In answer to your question, the main firehouse we follow is the 118. (Usually said as "One-eighteen"). We'll occasionally get interaction with other firehouses, like the 133.

it’s been years since i first watched this and the hen cheating thing still makes me angry. it’s just not something i think she would do. like obviously it’s canon she did and it’s one of the first things we learn about her since it’s s1 but it doesn’t line up with the hen i know. between last episode and this one, they really did up the creepy factor of the calls. i think you should be good going forward though. next episode is my other favorite of the season after episode 4.
