Shorter question do you think the school is safe for humans Staff or students? As hope says everyone in that school is capable of doing what Jed did some have better control than others but all are capable.

we finally understand why penelope targets lizzie!! in my opinion, using some's mental state and the problems that come with not knowing exactly what's wrong against them out of spite seems a little too evil for my liking, paired with the fact that josie doesn't really seem bothered by it. pretty sure it's canon that she's bipolar but there's only been one comment on it in the show so... do you think any of this is justified?? or is penelope doing it just because she knows the effect / impact it has on lizzie, and gets a thrill out of it?
