A few times in this episode, we've seen Lydia make predictions that haven't come true (as so far as this episode, could be they relate to something further into the future) - with the context of her abilities having been "expanded" with the trepanation, and the other visions in this or previous episodes, what do you suppose she foresaw, and if the predictions were meant to be immediate, why didn't they come true?

I think one of my favorite lines of the show are “Lydia, please shut up and let me save you” I do sometimes miss the simplicity of the first two seasons because season 4/5 sometimes feels like they’re trying to do so much in such a small amount of time to where none of the “big bad’s” feel threatening. What are your thoughts on this?
