Lizzie’s storyline this season so far being that she’s doing everything she can to get better to then suddenly believing she’s hallucinating people who don’t exist never fails to break my heart. Her begging to Josie (and essentially Hope) to just kill her gives me flashbacks to when Hope was begging Klaus to let her die during Hayley’s funeral; the lines are similar too. The pain both situations bring never fails to crush my heart.
