I forgot or maybe blocked out the mum and daughter in this episode and now I can't stop crying. Wtf. Things like that always makes me think of my own mum too and the inevitability we all face with our parents. I don't want to think about it. I like how sweet Chim and Mrs Lee are - when she teared up being called grandma, the tears started again. I CANNOT with this episode omg.

Love how you notice and touch on how the show does a very good job of making you care about the characters and stories involved in all the different calls in such a short amount of time. Oliver Stark (Buck) was on a podcast last year where they spoke about exactly this, giving kudos to the all amazing guest actors and the writing. He even brought up a book on screen-writing called «Save the Cat» which is about this.
