And that was Damon big plan, to bring Katherine back. He came into town, making commotion, causing problems, to get his brother to leave because he was on the way to his plan. Once he realised that Stefan was not going to leave, he had to adjust, so he started to cover his tracks and get close to the council, gaining their trust so they would get off his trail, while he was making plans to get Katherine back. He kept his promise to Emily saved her children and protected all Bennet family lineage, so basically Bonnie exists only because of Damon. He waited 145 years to get Katherine back, talking about commitment to love. But Emily took advantage of him, she got what she wanted but she didn’t keep her promise. No wonder he was furious and devastated. As you saw Damon is not what he appear to be, and there is specific supernatural reason why he seemed to be emotionless. Alaric is here!!! 🙌 And Logan is back? 😱 By the way I understand, whenever the two brothers are shirtless they are very freaking distracting. 😲 The actors in this show are off the chart, jaw dropping gorgeous and sexy. I always look forward to your reactions. Until the next one.

This episode has so much goodness and things being out in the open at a good pace which actually does keep on your toes is amazing!! The writing of this show is top-notch and the actors for each role is just on point. As we find out from Damon about his plan, it is important to understand that all this while we have been thinking that he is the evil brother so his plan would be evil too but surprisingly it actually is a emotional one. He has back to Mystic Falls after 145 years of wait to bring back the women he has loved all this time. I mean talk about commitment and loyalty to love. Him killing Lexi was brutual and he did justify on his part that he had to get the council of their back but was that all? Bonnie is going to find out about Vampires and she already has seen the glimpses of magic and how powerful she can be once she starts to embrace it. I felt bad for her being attacked by Damon but in his defense, he was betrayed and used for all these years. He has protected the Bennet family by trusting Emily's words but she didn't do what he had been promised so he lashes out. Alaric is here and I am already loving the interactions between Jenna and him. Waiting for the new reaction next week :)

Yeah I can definitely see why he attacked Bonnie, it was his way of lashing out at Emily. So strange to think he knew he could save her for all these years and to have that taken from him? I'm really excited to see what happens next!

Notice that Damon told Stefan that he only wanted Katherine but Stefan imply that Damon wanted to let all 27 vampires out of the tomb.
