I can't remember what exactly I said but I know I meant to say that Marina was always going to go down a dark path. However Samu and Nano coming into her life sped it up not because Samu wasn't a good person, but because she was faced with having to choose 'good' or 'bad' and ultimately went for the wrong side.

Ah, Nadia reacting to Val's reveal is so painful. The song that's playing as Nano leaves in the rain is the same that was playing when Nano held a dying Marina in his arms. I love the choice to reuse that here, because that was when his life truly went to shit, and it eventually lead to him having to leave his family.
