Yeah, classist Guzman being back all of a sudden is super disappointing, they're really only using him as a plot device. I was so disappointed to see Lu go (and Valerio), but tbh, after watching how they destroyed Guzman's character, I was glad that Lu had gotten away unscathed, haha. And THANK YOU for your reaction to Caye/Phillipe, I am so 100% with you! What he did was not ok, it was disgusting, and to see Caye forgive him so easily after that dumb role play and him saying sorry- no. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Like, can't trust that guy anymore. You're so right, the problem isn't that Caye is "below" him because of her background- she is a way better person than him, but the writers seem to be on his side in a way. This whole restaurant scene was clearly meant to be cute, but the entire time I had the exact same reaction you did.
