PRIYA AMY

It's only fitting that the two characters with the best sexual chemistry to have ever been on this show got the longest sex scene in Elite history. The scene between Patrick and Ivan was beautifully done.

Aaron Davis

I just…….don’t think Ivan and Ari have interacted NEARLY enough for him to be boohooing over her…

I really wish we could've seen Caye tell Isadora, to her face, in earnest, that Phillipe tried to rape her. Something like a "you do understand that? Ok, then just be careful." Caye never really talked about what Phillipe did to her, or at least we don't see it. And we don't see Phillipe talking about this with Isadora either. So I guess it's up in the air whether she "only" knows about his ex-gf, like everyone else, or whether she knows about Caye, too. Either way, the fact that Caye doesn't warn the girl who's going out with her abusive ex now just seems like another sign (like this entire storyline, from 5.1 to 5.8) to me that there probably wasn't a woman in the Elite writers room. Or at least none working on this storyline. Because WTF? Anyway, agreed with what you said about how Caye should leave town and move far away from these people- so true :D

Harry Allen

I DIDNT EVEN THINK ABOUT THE FACT SHE NEVER SAID IT DIRECTLY TO ISADORA. Wow. Okay writers room...

It's reminiscent of Ari only making all these vague allusions about Phillipe to Cayetana in S4 instead of just telling her "Hey! That guy raped the last girl he was seeing!" We're not to believe that Ari is a horrid bitch who doesn't care about others' wellbeing (even if she dislikes them like Caye). So it's just male writers being ignorant about female solidarity in the face of violence. And it's the same here, only worse because Caye doesn't have secondhand knowledge that she could share with Isadora- it happened to HER. (Also, sorry Harry- if me going on about this is annoying, do let me know! This whole storyline and how they're handling it is just so freaking agitating to me.)
