I both love and hate this episode. It was a fantastic episode - there was a lot of Merthur bonding, lots of comedy, the story was good and the end with the dragon was so interestingly ominous...but I hated it because despite knowing that Morgana is Merlin's foe in the legends, they wrote Good!Morgana so well and the bond she and Merlin had was so sweet that I wanted a different outcome for her here...this is truly the end of it all and I'm so sad we'll never get Good!Morgana ever again. Merlin did do the right thing in this episode, but I firmly believe what happened here and Morgana's entire bond with Morgause could have been avoided if Merlin (and Gaius) had chosen to act differently with her long before this, and had given her the support and answers she'd needed.
