I don't think you notice who the actress that is doing Spock mom is? It's TVD Isobel, Elena's biological mother and Rick's ex wife. Mia Kishner. So actor n. 2 from TVD.

Great reaction, Harry, thank you. ❤️ I am so enjoying this season of Star Trek-Strange New Worlds with your insights. You ‘tearing up’ as you put it during the scene with Spock and his mother made me think of a few other teary moments ( mine as well as yours) during the time I have been watching your reactions. Young Royals, especially the final scenes of the season 2 finale and also the end of season 1 as Wille is driven away in the limo, leaving Simon behind after the ‘I love you’ / ‘ I hope you have a nice Christmas’ exchange…😭 Don’t know if you found out about this but your reaction to that one was actually featured in a YouTube compilation of reactors reacting to the end of season 1. ❤️👑❤️

I am impressed with this show, it is the first time in a looooooong time I am excited for the next episode. I love the characters, the storylines, how they engage you emotionally with the characters, the casting was done not to tick boxes but according to merit and how the actor fit the part, which is refreshing and they have good chemistry among each other. Everything about the show is positive, it's definitely the best new show around.
