Google Drive Tip: It takes time for Google Drive to process videos. If it says "still processing" or is only allowing you to view at 360p, then you can always come back later or download the video in full

Dropbox Tip: The quality of the video is lower while streaming so I recommend downloading or using google drive if thats an issue

Hope you're well! You mentioned Charlie's hoody in this episode, it's actually the one Nick wore in season one when they went to the park in episode 6. Colour is a huge thing in Heartstopper and I love that they're bringing in the green now, like the metaphor of Charlie and Nick is mixing the blue and yellow to make green. I adore the tiny details like that

Speaking of details, I love that the entire Tao/Elle date is framed and shot like a Wes Anderson movie. So clever!

Kay

Yes!

Ha! Fruity was your exact wording when James showed up in the last episode of Season 1. Love the consistency.

Thinking about Charlie telling Harry to piss off. I think part of it is him getting more confident and assertive, but I also think he feels protective of Nick here and is able to do for Nick what he wouldn’t do for himself.

i graduated last year in scotland and pride was...attempted but never taken seriously. we had one teacher who really tried to advocate and put out a strong message but unfortunately no one ever took him seriously. my school was more like "okay we've hung the flag so we've done our bit.". there was no displays or anything. but there was a lot more openly queer people in my year and the following years so hopefully since i've left there's been a bit more progression but i'm not sure. but that's just my perspective from a very small village

Thanks for another great reaction, Harry. 👏❤️ This episode is so full of tension, between Tara and Darcy, between Tao and Elle and even Nick and Charlie seem under pressure, from exams, coursework deadlines and for Nick, the struggle to reconcile the difficulties of coming out with the fact that he feels he’s going back on his promise to Charlie if he doesn’t come out. We’ve seen Tao like this before and we know he doesn’t deal well with the threat of possible loss or change, but at least there’s progress. Charlie stepping up to protect Nick is great, but Nick was already asleep when Charlie said, ‘part of me just wants everyone to know you’re my boyfriend’, so there’s still some unresolved tension there. Clearly, there’s something going on with Tara and Darcy, but no spoilers..you’re not going to get the whole picture for quite a while yet.
