What a fantastic season! So excited to see what happens in S3 now that we have so many new relationship dynamics

I was waiting until this episode for Klaus's full plan to lay out before talking about it, but I agree that he probably could've done something without incorporating his revenge in the plan. But that is who Klaus is unfortunately. He has changed tremendously since we first saw him in TVDU, but change and recovery are not always a straight line and I think his need for revenge in the last few episodes was a setback for him in that journey. His plan did work though

Also yes that is why the OG actress for Rebekah is not in the show as much. She continues to come back for a few episodes each season, and they do make it work with the story I think, but I would have loved it if she could've been on the show more. The other actress is also really great at portraying Rebekah as well. I was saying on a different reactor's posts that out of all the Mikaelson characters that had secondary actors playing them this season, she is the actress that captured the character they were playing the best imo. The other actors are good, especially the Finn/Vince actor, but for capturing the already established character she was the best

I actually really like this take. Cause its so easy to get down on Klaus and think he is back to his old ways, but like u said it was a step back and that doesn't necesseraly mean he has undone all his positive changes. Just means he is gonna have to work HARD to get them back on his side, I just hope he does 😭

I agree 1000%, Kol's actor was great but I still struggle linking him to the OG actor, whereas with Finn, the actor did AMAZING at showing the difference between Finn and Vincent himself, but I just dodn't know Finn well enough to see it. Whereas with Rebekah, holy shit did she do an incredible job at playing that role!
