MC Command Center Stable Pre-Release for 2024.5.0 is out! (Patreon)

The first stable pre-release for MCCC/MC Woohoo is out for 2024.5.0 (2024.5.PR1).  As with all stable pre-releases, there are no English placeholder strings for new menu options for other languages.  That always happens in the release candidate.

Not a lot of changes for this PR due to the holidays here, but I got a couple of planned things in there!
