I’ve definitely had spells of what seemed to be empty energy levels, in those times, it’s always hard to accomplish regular things. In my case I have a history with the lack of motivation. Perhaps set your sights on a few fun things you’re going to accomplish in the future, might help with the mundane tasks!

I can relate to the lack of energy as well; I feel like I've been burned out with both work and social obligations for around 5-6 months now. This isn't a guaranteed fix, but I've found that eating a high-protein breakfast tends to help raise my energy levels, at least through early afternoon. So maybe try seeing if small dietary changes help with your tiredness? In any case, I hope these headaches dissipate soon and you continue to stay safe; that recent crime wave sounds unsettling 😰

Hey, so lovely to hear your voice. Having headaches isn't much fun at all, have you been getting enough sleep? What were you playing Just Dance on? I think that was on the Wii, wasn't it? That situation you discussed with Dress To Impress sounds really dubious and questionable, I've not heard of Dress To Impress, is that an online game? You really do need to be so very careful with people you interact with online, some people are very dangerous.

I’ve played Just Dance 2! For history class, back when I lived in Paradise, CA before the 2018 Camp Fire, for world history class, we had an opportunity to win a prize by scoring the highest for the Rasputin dance. Good times indeed, that song is so much fun, despite Rasputin being an insanely controversial historical figure in a dark time in Russian history. I hope your headache goes away!! I’ve had those for multiple days in a row too, it’s not fun. You’ll get through it though, you’re a champ. :)

First off, I was dying at your Dress To Impress story - I literally had a friend the other day who ALSO had another player (literally a child) begging people to buy VIP for her. My friend did it, being a sweetheart, and the kid literally left the lobby without even saying thank you lmao. Little brat. Secondly... the nurse in me wants to take care of your headaches! Are you adequately hydrated? Eating okay? Getting enough sleep? Are you straining your eyes? Is it the weather change? Ahhhh it could be from a lot of different causes but I really hope you feel better soon <3 Take care of yourself, dear.

I love energy drinks but yes they are addictive unfortunately. Also the more you drink the less effective they are so you might end up drinking the high caffeine ones which after a while can have some negative effects on gut and heart health. Pretty much avoid drinking them if you can, but sometimes they are a necessary evil. Also I hope you feel better soon!

Adolescence is one of those shows where you kinda have to just lay down and look at the ceiling for 30 minutes after watching it. The story is soo dark but every episode being all in one shot with no cuts is also just plain impressive

HAHA this girl was the same way, the other girl bought her a month's access to VIP and all she said was "Can I have permanent" I think it might be eye strain! No headaches yesterday or today though so I think I’m good now! Thank you ❤️
