about drive share maintenance and vote power (Patreon)

edit: completely moved files and speedpaints will remain on google drive

i am currently moving out files to dropbox from google drive so some or all(due to time and moving out progress) may unavailable for time being, sorry for any inconvenience !! 😣 i will restore it asap and make a new announcement when it is done

because i have got a report that sharing nsfw contents via google drive is technically not allowed (+ there was some issue that storage usage showed it is so high for unknown reason even after i removed all files in the storage telling it might have been bugged, i asked for help to google but they did not answer for months)

and for the vote power, by reading your comments i felt i should have rethink about it, so there will not be any change for now.. sorry if i offended anyone by posting that
