7/10 for me. The beginning/conversation trap was the best part. This movie was FANTASTIC at building tension & dread just from the cinematography & dialogue. Hugh grant was grilling these poor girls . The ending just felt like a lackluster serial killer cult movie. Could’ve been way better, but it was just average. I’ve been on both sides of the religious argument. My parents were Jehovah’s Witnesses when I was kid/teenager , & we did the door to door thing. I hated it & felt the girls pain. 😂 Now I’m definitely probably more on Hugh Grants side. Minus the psychosis. Idk 🤐 I say let people live their lives as long as they’re not hurting people, but we see how often Religion is used to control peoples minds & push agendas so… 🤷🏿‍♂️
