The Swamp is better than Avatar Day in my opinion. Avatar Day relies on humor. I would have replaced Aang’s talk with the prisoners with more Zuko’s plot. Technically, Kyoshi killed Chin because of the circumstances. The cliff was unstable, so he fell. She doesn’t see the difference in between outright killing him and causing the circumstances of his death.

Some people say that Avatar Day is a filler episode, but I think Uncle Iroh's wisdom and Kyoshi's avatar state make it one of my favorites, even if the main story isn't too important.
