I believe Supergiant wasn't in the MCU because of her powers. While Ebony Maw was more telekinetic than telepathic, he has similar powers to Supergiant, able to warp minds. Could also be that her powers haven't really been introduced to the MCU, being a major telepath. As we know most telepaths are the X-Men with Psylocke, Charles, and Jean in mind.

So, I won't spoil nothing but next up is the F4 story. You also unlock a special character beating this game on Ultimate difficulty. Remember, the DLC characters can be unlocked in the guantlets, please read the conditions for defeating the guantlets as you will have trouble completing them as most are time-based. Meaning you will he given a time limit to complete stages to unlock one DLC character. The Infinity rifts are a great place to grind. To make the grind easier, get white ISO-8s that are team level up. They're somewhat rare though, but help the leveling up of characters. Good luck, you're going to need it for the F4 story and guantlets if you do dive into them.
