Scene\Chara Data Terms of Usage (Patreon)

Hello there!Because of some scene data usage violating issues i decided to put terms of usage in this post.

Chara Data:

All CharaData is released ONLY for Studio work purposes, so you have to configure voice or traits and outfits for the game yourself. Character Cards is created with Makise, Anna Anon, NightOwl and other authors assets (textures, maps, meshes) that they have released for public.You can freely change and re-distributive the character card if it passes early access period.

You're allowed to create your own animation featuring characters i've created, but tag \ credit me afterwards, thank you~

If the character card wasn't posted as standalone card post, i highly recommend you to contact me if you want a character card from scene you're interested in.

Scene Data Terms of Usage

Contents of Tier 3 and Further mostly contains Scene Data with animation, scene setting and etc.

Scene Data is only for educational and promotional usage only, if you want to use animation in your project - please DM me to discuss details.

I will not take responsebility if scene data is not working for your or loading with errors. Update necessary plugins and download essential ones, all those stuff is in Koikatsu Discord Server and I'm don't have rights to share them directly.

If you plan to post video that have created using my animation somewhere, you are NOT allowed to:

Change the animation, except for height correction.

Create paid post in Patreon\FANBOX\Fanlsy and other similar platforms featuring used animation.

Re-distributive the SceneData anywhere else.

Claim the work as your own.

You ALLOWED to:

Change the character in scene for personal or character card promotional purposes.

Change the background, lighting and effects.

If you're using scene data for any of allowed purposes you should leave a credit to original author.

Violation of these terms will cause losing trust from me, zero help with promotion and patreon access block. Please, respect other creators.Thanks.
