Follow these directions if you can't access the discord server. I checked with my connected apps, and this patreon is connected to the discord server. Hopefully these steps will fix any issues peeps are having!

Seems like I’m still having issues, dunno about anyone else but even disconnecting Discord and Patreon on either end doesn’t connect me Works fine with other servers I’m in though.
