May I ask what are you using for animation? Locally using Comfy or a cloud based service? And also, which model? I see you also have audio so, maybe LTX2? Wan? (Albeit Wan2.2 doesn’t support audio natively as far as I can remember)

I'm using LTX-2 and doing the audio syncing myself. As a general rule, I don't rely on online/api services because they can 1. Get filtered and 2. you have far less control over what you can do. So everything I do is locally.

Visually, I’m glad the animation stayed true to your art style. While not completely smooth, I don’t mind if that’s the type of frame rate animation you’re going for, minus some inconsistencies. Example: Levi’s boot in the chair, Amina’s hand to the tea, slight movements of the table and food, etc. The totally smooth animations tend to be creepier, in my opinion. Using the animations to convey smaller micro-interactions to develop the story has definitely added to their characters' personalities. You're making leaps and bounds in bringing your universe to life! :D
