Some peeps have been wanting 'novel accurate' Sadako. Want to see if there's more intrigue than not?

For those unfamiliar, this just means they want to see her with male parts, or both. (Sadako's intersex in the novel).
I can easily make art with her interchangeable; draw her with and/or without it.
Don't want to use the term futa, but I'll use it loosely here for simplicity sake...
