There was a three way tie..... So what I'll do is prioritize the three with comms on the side.

Additionally, I plan to take suggestions for higher tiers. you peeps will give me character suggestions, and I'll throw them into a poll for you to vote on. Still testing stuff out with this site, but thank you so much for the support and such peeps!
