This character is from a manga by Takemasa Takeshi called "Dangerous Bitchs", it's about 2 mentally deranged women taking advantage of and using this femboy. None of the characters have actual names but the designs are great.

Would you believe me if I told you that I contacted the original artist to ask for permission to make this collection? Well good because I didn't.
