I think Fleur's point of view would be good after he's done with Penny, that way you get her viewpoint of both encounters. Doing it now only gives one, but if you did Penny's first, you get her listening in on what happened, followed by her turn. Which leads to Fleur and everything she saw and heard followed possibly by her own turn.
