Rules:

▶NO matter order of arrival, I will choose 20 characters at my discretion, I'll take my time to research each character.

▶Suggested characters must be unpopular or moderately unpopular.

▶Please add details such as where the character comes from so we can recognize it.

▶Characters that have already fanart will have a cooldaown of 4 months to participate in Polls.
