If we are talking about what to do after doctor who, for me its got to be "the Goodies" its about 3 guys who start a buisness where they will do "Anything anytime" One guy is basically doctor who with inventions and plans, one guy is a want to be rock star and the other is a patriotic queen loving flag wearer. I know it sounds weird as hell and it is but there is nothing like except for the Japanese anime Gintama where they have the same premise and is a great show in itself.

Another suggestion the movie "King Kong Escapes" Features a character called "Dr Who" and he even dresses like the first doctor.
