Just take your time, seriously, if you really need to during an "unedited" version of these reactions..I'm sure everyone really doesn't mind if you need to take some care to yourself for whatever reason. I get that it's not exactly ideal for it to happen during it but sometimes things come up and you can't ignore them..Team Sesskasays always! Don't feel bad about it :) but I understand that it's frustrating..
